Customer satisfaction

CIMG3729Regularly traveling abroad Neil has been able to experience many different tree transplanting methods and techniques which has been invaluable in building his fund of knowledge to draw from.

Handling up to 500 trees and shrubs a year has enabled TST to develop a customer loyalty that has stood the test of time.  For trees to transplant successfully they must survive the massive trauma of severing life giving root systems, something not everyone knows how to do.  TST’s high success rate bears testament to their attention to detail and understanding of the many factors that can go wrong each time a tree is relocated. There are not many roads in Toowoomba that do not have at least one of TNT’s transplanted trees on them and their thriving vigour is due to the individual attention each one received when it mattered.  Trees are an expensive commodity when you consider how long they take to mature and develop and moving them is a decision that should not be taken lightly.  There is always an element of risk involved, so why wouldn’t you do everything possible to minimize the risk of failure?

TST recognized the importance of successful tree relocation before most people even realised that trees could be transplanted, so there was very little local knowledge available in the early days.  This did not stop TST from persevering and succeeding.
